Define what we are trying to accomplish with these recurring runs.
Should frequency be updated?
Are all teams using this?
When being used, are the tests actually helpful?
Do we need them running on all branches or is only one sufficient?
Determine difference between recurring tests and release tests.
Fix flaky or consistently failing tests
