Automate the following tests for rancher/rancher#44663:

Create CRTB and verify Status field exists
Create CRTB via kubectl and verify Status field exists
Verify that kubectl explain includes information on CRTB Status field
Verify that kubectl describe includes CRTB Status and subfields
Verify CRTB reconciliation is successful
Verify CRTB Status field updates upon role template deletion
Verify CRTB with Status field can be deleted
