add support for kernel crashdump #81

Sometimes it is helpful to analyze a kernel problem via post-mortem debugging it with crash, therefor a kdump kernel needs to be loaded and setup.

Rapido currently is lacking the needed infrastructure to do this.

Obviously not the same, but we do have some support for live kernel debugging via:
https://github.com/rapido-linux/rapido/blob/master/tools/qemu_gdb.sh
