Separate out "logs" auto message into more categories

Describe the proposed change(s).

The type of people who provide insufficient logs are often the type of people who also don't read our auto-generated log message well either. So the sequence goes:

• The provide e.g. INFO only logs
• We give them the auto-generated message
• They ignore it or say something akin to "I already gave you logs"

At the very least we should split this into a "Logs are needed" versus "More logs are needed" message which has a focus on gathering debug logs

Does the INFO vs DEBUG issue also arise for users with the hosted app or only with self-hosted users?
I reckon hosted app does not have a setting to change log level.
