Clarification about symlink paths

We should mention that the paths for the mounts should be exactly the same on the host machine and the docker containers because we are not using hardlinks.

I did a small test a while back with moving to hardlinks, and it caused me problems. I wouldn't mind switching over to it as I seen it has some benefits too?

It's much less finicky to set up, that's the big advantage.
