Implement 'kickoff' and 'type' blocks within code

Reduce the number of uploads/extra information from students. Right now they need to write in a text file that a robot is a kickoff robot, and that their robot is of a particular type.

We can add it to the code like setInitialPosition, and interpret it before running a competition.
