Clearly state dependency on Eigen 3.3.4 #45

The master branch of walking controllers do not compile with Eigen 3.3-beta2 from Ubuntu 16.04 , and this is totally fine, but for providing a clear error to the users it would be good if we could explicilty check for the required version of Eigen3 in the CMake.
