PivotTable: would be nice to have an option to show tuple headers (including tuple index/address)

It would be nice if the pivot table would have the ability to show headers for the entire row and/or column tuple; kinda like the Excel row number/column letter.

The row numbers would be somewhat useful on their own, but they will be even more useful when we have a context menu. Without without them, we'd need to stuff the options for coying the entire row/column in the context menu for items and/or cells
