- Exchange milk and cream with almond milk and nut butter if allergic to dairy.
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Wisk together all ingredients. Make sure sugar dissolves a bit. Pour into ice cream maker. Churn according to your ice cream maker instructions. Takes about 25 min.
