- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds raw - bite size pieces broccoli
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seed
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 6 crisp -cooked bacon strips
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
Salad: Cook bacon. Combine broccoli, bacon, onion, sunflower seeds and raisins. Dressing: Combine Mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Stir into salad.
