Better integration with Pandoc

While my simple approach to format output is working it'd be nice to have alternatives. One idea would be to output a Pandoc AST that could then be piped directly into Pandoc for template rendering (or further processing via filters). This would make it possible to use skimmer as a way of display a collection of local or topical news in a webpage for later reading consumption.
