对于需要在 RuyiSDK 镜像源对第三方内容进行再分发的情况，暂时新建了 https://mirror.iscas.ac.cn/ruyisdk/3rdparty 目录，按来源厂商分类存放。

目前暂时不对厂商目录的内部布局作强制规定，待后续运行一阵，实践基本稳定之后再行规范。
