Unable to download and extract dataset

I am trying to implement using Google Colab. The link given for dataset downloading is not functional. Could you help me with how to extract in Google Colab?
On running this statement, !python dataset.py download, I get the output

Downloading file
153/153 [==============================] - 0s 15us/step
153/153 [==============================] - 0s 15us/step
Done
But since I am unable to figure out how to extract to videos folder in the datasets folder, I am unable to proceed further.
