Make logo fixed in banner

Task description

Right now in the banner, the background image is fixed and the logo above it goes up when you scroll. It should stay fixed as well, in the same position relative to the background image and disappear below the navbar.

I'm actually not sure if this is possible.

Atualmente no banner, a imagem de fundo está fixada e o logo acima dela sobe quando você scrolla o site. Ele deveria ficar fixado também, na mesma posição em relação às iamgem de fundo e desaparecer embaixo da navbar.

Eu não tenho certeza se isso é possível.
