It would be nice if the preview automatically refreshed when I save changes in another app.

Can this at least be done in the main app? Might be difficult to implement in the quicklook plugin.

Once the preview is generated, the quicklook extension no longer has a way to update the contents.

I also think that the operating system caches the preview, so if you ask to see the preview after a few moments that it has already been displayed, the version in memory may be shown and not the updated one.

On release 1.0.15, In the main App, the source markdown will auto reload when changed outside the app.

It doesn't seem to work. I open the markdown file with the main QLMarkdown app. (1.0.15). It displays correctly. I edit the file with MacVim. I change one word and save in MacVim. Now QLMarkdown displays an error in both panels:

** Error loading file */Users/markh/
filename.md*! **

The refresh button at bottom right is now greyed out and "View > Refresh the preview" does nothing.

Since it is a quicklook extension, should it reload the quicklook view when the file changes? That seems to be a common feature of quicklook file types.
