From @jcschaff : On page 20, line 30 the mathematical interpretation of a CoordinateComponent is interpreted as a "local" quantity - just like using csymbol "time" makes an expression a time varying expression. The "unitSize" attribute belongs to the CompartmentMapping element, not the CoordinateComponent.
