Ping the docker repo with new release data at the end of a successful run #122

  • Figure out how to retrieve an artifact during the workflow run
  • Send the newly built data artifact using repository-dispatch to the docker repo
  • Create an issue in omicsfixID for testing the docker image, tag @tabbassidaloii
  • Update the dataSourceVersion.tsv file if a Zenodo release is needed
  • build the docker image in the other repo

A test run seems to point to missing permissions in the repository
