chore: upload release artifacts also to github automatically

Already upload them to the other places, should probably do it to github too :)

Might need to look at re-working some of the release pipelines to do this as it would be best to create a build and store a changelog file to read from to push to each of the platforms.

Not a big priority atm but would be nice. Less of a priority as open source projects get free build mins, and building doesn't take long anyway, though would be nice to be able to optimise the pipeline to reduce potential inconsistencies.
