Cut, Copy, Paste selections #87

When I add #34, the next thing that would be really useful would be to be able to:

Cut (Command/Control+X) a section of the map
Paste (Command/Control+P) the cut/copied selection somewhere else (at the cursor)
Copy (Command/Control+C) seems possibly useful, but probably less so
