Demonstration does not work for HAB example on first page #214

The example Johannis Michaelis Dilherri, Franci, Disputationum Academicarum, praecipue Philologicarum, Tomus… does not work: No content is shown. Probably the OAI interface changed on the HAB side or it is broken. OAI reports an unknown identifier.

Ideally the DFG viewer should only show working examples.

Other examples on the demo page also don't work (e.g. those from SUB Göttingen).

Unrelated: typo on German demo page "in dem" => "indem".
