Denoise average ROI signal before computing cross-correlation with signal of interest #91

At the moment the cross correlation between signal of interest and average ROI signal is run with non-denoised signal. This is technically not correct.

Address #66

Equally, the when using the average signal as signal of interest, that signal should be denoised as well. Interfacing this option with band-pass filtering is not trivial, but doable.
