feat: add members space page

We should add a new space page and item in space menu called "Members". This page would show the list of controller, admins, moderators and authors of the space. The page should only appear if there are members set on the space (only appear on Snapshot spaces and not SX).

We could separate by role, and showing the user space statement or user about if not available on the page with a similar design than the delegates page.
