Describe the bug
After a period of time an Audio/Video call cannot be received on the Iphone 6s where the screen has been locked.

To Reproduce

  • Using two iphone’s with the same specifications
  • Snikket is opened in the background
  • The screen is locked. Screen is dark, not in use.
  • 10 minutes or longer has passed
  • The status indicator of the person you are going to call has turned grey
  • Make the call, and it will not go through
  • Sending a text message will go through immediately and a will be notified

Software versions:

  • App Version: 1.2.1
  • iOS version: 15.8.2
  • iPhone model: iPhone 6s
  • Server software: Snikket release stable.2024022

Additional context

  • Background App Refresh is enabled
  • Changing the status in the application does not make a difference
  • From the manage system page on the web portal shows “Connected devices”. I have a total of four devices connected to service. Two of them are ios and the other two are android. About the same amount of the time for the status indicator to go grey, it will then only show two devices; those two devices are the ones with android. If the iphone starts interacting with the snickket ios app, then it will be reflected on the manage system page, under connected devices.
