拖动任务到左侧电梯，也可以触发清单定位 #2

任务清单很多时，跨清单拖动任务非常痛苦。

而左侧的电梯已经解决了定位清单的问题，所以只要让拖动也能触发电梯，就可以解决上面的问题。

望考虑：）

.wtwr-sidebar 监听不到 dragover 和 dragenter 事件，@tinyfive @RuochenLyu 知道为啥不？我已经尝试在 dragover 里 evt.preventDefault() 了
