User info is not populated in user Details section other than admin #577

Issue/Feature Description:
User info like userID and tenant name doesn't gets populated for other users except admin

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
We need this info to get the UserID of the other users other than admin

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
For admin this works fine

But for other users we cannot get this info
