Couldn't install Delfin on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
Ubuntu 22.04 is the upcoming LTS release of Ubuntu and is expected to become the most widely used distribution of Ubuntu in the future. It is important to note that, just like with Ubuntu 16.04, support for Ubuntu 18.04 may eventually come to an end, which could lead to potential problems down the line.

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:

Use the previous version of this soda installer (Delfin) and try to install in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
