Infobar is not responsive

Bug Report

Description

Bug Summary:
Infobar rechts ist nicht responsive.

Steps to Reproduce:
Sollte der Screen groß genug sein, ist alles funktional, wie gewünscht. In diesem Fall das Browserfenster verkleinern bis die Infobar über den mittigen Bereich rutscht. Alternativ kann auch in den Browser-Tools die (F12) die Funktion "Bildschirmgrößen testen" genutzt werden.

Expected Behavior:
Die Infobar sollte aber einer bestimmten Bildschirmgröße eingeklappt werden (sobald der mittige Inhalt verdeckt wird).

Actual Behavior:
Infobar rechts überdeckt den mittleren Bereich, wenn der Screen zu klein ist. Damit ist die Hauptfunktionalität nicht mehr verfügbar.
