Program and individual proposal pages

• we need a /program page with a schedule
• each item in the schedule will get their own page with the description of the talk, speaker bio, and time.

@tridip1931 I worry that this two column layout may not work because we've sessions that start in different rooms at different times and might be confusing. Do you think we can do a three column standard layout?

We can do 3 column layout, here is my concern

• As the event name goes longer, I believe it will mess up in mobile. Example below

• In the 2 column layout, it will remain consistent across different screens

It can handle long texts easily.
