Volunteers at the conference

We'll need volunteers for the conference in the following areas - let's put out a call, and collect names and interests:

1. Welcome desk
   Registration, badge assembly, answer sign up questions - at least 6 people in the morning. 2-4 afternoon.

2. Door pointers and guides
   General volunteers help with the overall space. Answer questions, point people in the right direction. 6 people.

3. Session team
   We've two rooms, and we'll at least 2 people per room at all times. 8-10 people in shifts.

1. Welcome desk: 6 people in the morning and 2 in the afternoon
   • Registration - 2 people
   • Badge Assembly - 2 people
   • Answer sign-up questions - 2 people
2. Door pointers and guides - 6 people
   • General volunteers to help with overall space - 2 people
   • Directing people to Auditorium, Restroom, etc. - 2 people
   • Taking care of supplies and Wi-fi coordinator - 1 person
   • Lost & found coordinator + any general BLR information - 1 person
3. Session team - 6 people in shifts. (Each session will require 2 people.)
   • Session coordinator for slides + time keeping : 1 person
   • Introductions and helping speaker with anything: 1 person
