Laying down this ticket for @TejasAP @srividyacb and @poornibadrinath to work on the agenda/program for starting off the conference. Per conversation on the call today evening, we'll limit the registration until 9:30 am and have the welcome ceremony begin, post that.

Let's make sure we share the agenda by the coming week.

@srividyacb @poornibadrinath @TejasAP did you all figure this out? we want to send this today or tomorrow so that we can invite the IIM director or dean to be present. This is a bit last minute because they may already have other engagements.

Here's roughly what I think would happen:

  1. Welcome to Bengaluru - I'd like to welcome the group, give an overview of the conference, and make announcements.
  2. Dean/director - few words, ~10 mins
  3. Dean/director, Prof. Rahul + Prof. Hema - Inaugurate the event by adding a node on OSM - this is @TejasAP's idea and I think we should totally do it. Prof. Rahul was also very excited.
  4. Keynote

But if we can flesh this out a bit more, I can work on an official invitation.
