익명 게시판 글쓴이 이름에 언어가 바뀌지 않음 #223

익명 게시판의 글/댓글 작성자가 한글이면 익명, 영어면 anonymous로 보여야 한다.
그러나 현재는 사용자의 브라우저 세팅에 따라서만 결정되며, 지구본 아이콘을 클릭해서 사용자가 언어를 바꿔도 익명 vs anonymous가 바뀌지 않는다.
