dh-virtualenv package not available on bookworm #349

Raising this as an issue since it prevent any useful usage of dh-virtualenv.

dh-virtualenv pacakge is available in Debian buster and bullsyeye, but is not available in Debian Bookworm.

The bug has been fixed and package is available in bookworm again, so this can issue can be closed.
