Upload to hackage

@melrief, what do we need in order to upload something to hackage?

hsp is already on hackage and hawk can be put on hackage without problems because it is based on it. I have a Hackage account for that, but first we should add all the authors to the cabal file. After that, we can put hawk on hackage when we want.
