QNEthernet doesn't support asynchronous uses; Beware these other repos

QNEthernet doesn't support asynchronous use, unless used in a very specific way. In addition, its lwIP configuration doesn't enable this.

The following repos claim to use QNEthernet, but only use the internal lwIP stack:

I've already tried to contact the author about removing mention of QNEthernet because none of these repos actually use QNEthernet, but my requests have either been ignored or deleted, so I'm posting this to alert users who have difficulty with the unsupported and incorrectly-used "QNEthernet with Async".

Any advice about getting the author to stop using mentions of "QNEthernet" in those repos?
