When resolving the listen address, the first address returned by ParseNetworkString is expected. More often than not, this seems to resolve to an IPv6 address, which is different than behavior found in SSH clients like PuTTY and SecureCRT. This should be addressed so that localhost can be used as the default listen address rather than 127.0.0.1.
