Scroll inactive windows is an option that should not be used on Windows 10, it allows you on older windows versions to be able to scroll inside a window that is not focused, ie. that is under your mouse cursor but that is not the foreground window. This is now the default behavior in Win10 so you do not need to worry about that, unless you use Windows 8/7/Vista/XP...
Note that Win10 was not out yet (or barely available) at the time of the latest AltDrag release.
The server hosting stefansundin.com died and I never bothered to revive it. I never really hosted anything really important there, so I'll bring it back when I need it again. The github.io page is not intended to be my "primary" website.
In the configuration screen's About tab,
"Created by Stefan Sundin" has the website https://stefansundin.com/
But Stefan's website is https://stefansundin.github.io/ so the above link leads nowhere.
PS, Absolutely love the application. It's useful and powerful. What does Scroll Inactive Windows mean though?
