How to use Spectral CLI with a remote ruleset that does not have valid certificate

Hello !

I am currently facing an issue with the Spectral CLI. I've shared the ruleset file in a static website so It can be taken from:
https://XXXX/ruleset.yaml

But the certificate is not recognized, so I have two questions:

• Is an option for disabling SSL check or adding custom certificate a good idea ?
• I don't understand the way spectral load the file when remote. I don't know which SSL Store it is using
