General questions

  • how do we cross-reference a thing from requests with a thing from symphony?
  • what APIs can we use to hit the requests app?

Is there any additional data from requests that's not in the symws response?

Is there any information from requests we'd want to display (beyond estimated delivery date, already extracted to #205)

Mediated pages

Not yet approved

Approved

An approved mediated page turns into item-level holds in Symphony, so even after the request is approved, the mediated request data may still be useful for linking various item requests together.

Scan requests

Some ticket noted this information might also be in ILLIAD?
