On the Summary tab, the user's eResource access should reflect if they are in an approved workgroup for eResource access. Chris says we're currently displaying this in a hard-coded sort of way based on data that isn't directly related to eResource access.
The user's workgroup affiliation in Symphony is stored in the user's Extended Info, in field AFFIL1. If that workgroup corresponds to one in the list of SU_AFFILIATIONS (which I think is what is driving eResource access), then we should display that the user has eResource access.

I can't see any evidence that it is right now. But that doesn't mean that it couldn't be for users that have a FOLIO user account. We'd need help from LibSys. I'll explore this with the Privileges unit to see if they are still getting users who are confused about their current access privileges. If the issue still remains (which I can't imagine it wouldn't), I'll reach out to Shelley.
