Getting blank emails from feedback form on the site #567

I've been getting a number of blank feedback forms submitted to "[email protected]" for the past 1 week or so, maybe 1-2 every other day. Screenshot attached.

@laurensorensen is this issue still occurring? I see we've made some changes to the feedback form/recaptcha between now and then. Thought I'd check before looking into it. Thanks.
