Slow Initial Load on Observables #10

The observables take a noticeable amount of time for the first read off the subgraph to come in.

Once they kick off though they work as expected, and update accordingly every 12 or so seconds (right around block time).

Worth looking into this issue, b/c real time data feeds for the UIs would be killer.
