Display hours of operations for each restaurant
If restaurant is open, display time range it currently is in

Ex: It is Tuesday 2:00 AM. It's open on Monday from 10AM-4AM. Display "10:00 AM-4:00 AM"

If restaurant is closed, display next opening time

"Opens 10:00 AM"
