Triangles are not one of the shapes in the Shape Catalog.
Attempting to compile a d2 file containing shape: triangle results in the error: invalid shape, can only set "triangle" for arrowheads

It seems strange that such a basic shape is not supported. Is this deliberate, and if so, why?
There are many use cases for triangles, such as for drawing ER models.
