Make errors more obvious in the competition form - currently when clicking "Confirm", it just looks like nothing is happening, rather than an error being raised

Clicking "Confirm" on a comp puts an error box at the top of the competition form, but gives no indication that an error has occurred unless you scroll all the way up there. We need to improve this/make it obvious to the user when they have triggered a validation error irrespective of where on the page they are
