First Release

The button 'Load Runes' is useless for now. The tab 'Settings' is also useless. Simply launch your client, launch the app, and select a champion in champion select.

When you pick a champion, it collects the data from Champion.gg and replaces your rune pages with new ones.
For now it gets the most used role, later it'll get the data from all roles.
