Is Your Feature Request Related to a Problem?

Most of the time I want all the current events that show up in my feed. But sometimes I want to filter out a few specific words and names to just see cat pictures and memes for a few minutes.

The current word filters don't provide an efficient way to toggle filters on or off.

Feature Description

In an ideal world, I could create a filter, give it a name, add multiple words or phrases (using the same interface as today), and save.

Then, when viewing feeds, next to the sort icon, have a filter icon, where I can choose any named filter or "none".

Alternative Solutions

A stop gap could be to make a toggle to turn filters on or off, which would be easier to implement, but less flexible.
