Can't zoom image where I want

Bug Description

I tried zooming in on this post image, and it seemed to get stuck on the right side for part of the zoom.

Expected Behaviour

Visible zoom area stays centered between my fingers, and am able to drag zoomed-in image around to look at different parts of it while performing the zoom-in.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit this post, and tap on image to view.
2. Use two fingers to zoom in while attempting to keep all text shown in image within view & filing the screen edge-to-edge - you will notice it's impossible as the right edge is forced to stay within view.

Once you lift your fingers to stop zooming in, then you can move what you want to see into view - however this likely will require having to switch between zooming in and moving the image multiple times rather than being able to get it right the first time.
