Windows 7 Ultimate N Version/Dswrapper.dll message (Fixed?)

I know it's and old issue but it has happeened to me when had to re-install Windows on my old machine. I've installed Windows 7 N SP1 and it ssems that the issue is related to a component that normally relies on the Windows Media Player dll's.

Just in cse anybody still facing the same issue, Installing MS KB968211 should be enough to fix it.

Installed 64bit version on a windows 7 Ultimate N version and get the Dswrapper.dll file is missing message. Program will not function, is anyone addressing this issue, or is it a waste of time to expect a fix from an open source application.
