They're intended to be ordered lists of values. But, surprisingly, we never explicitly said they're ordered. Thanks for noticing that! We could use a pull request to correct that oversight, if you wish to submit one. |

Kind-of obvious, but doesn't hurt to explicitly mention it, as it adds just one word. Rephrased slightly for clarity. Fixes toml-lang#1027
That should do the job nicely, thanks @arp242! It's the best transformation to clarify the matter: arrays are ordered values, with surrounding square brackets. |

Maybe it's so obvious that it's not clearly stated, but are arrays ordered tuples in TOML? I couldn't find the sentence in the document.
