STUCK at 100%

The file was downloading smoothly, but it got stuck at 100% as above for hours. I used SmartProxy, was that the problem of proxies?

I am getting this issue, so is one of my friends - seems to have worsened in the last week

I have found that pausing all downloads, exiting, and relaunching does the trick. Once it re-opens it "restarts" the downloads, locating the local file chunks and then it kicks off the "joining file chunks" step.

Note - I am not using smartproxy.

When this happens, it seems that it just joining files in the background (judging by the file updates). Perhaps an enhancement would be to improve the feedback we give to users when this is happening
